The insanity defense has always been a topic for debate. In this episode, we are going to learn some facts about what insanity is and how our criminal justice system defines it.  Pleading insanity is not as easy as you think.  We will give some true case examples of defendants who used the defense, some successfully....and some not.  A couple of those cases even changed our legal system.  Finally, should there be reform within the criminal justice system with this particular defense?  Welcome to Episode 31:  Non Compos Mentis-Not of Sound Mind.
